Specialities
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and have my telehealth license in South Carolina. Here are some of the additional modalities and evidence-based practices I offer:
Brainspotting Phase 1- is used to help people process trauma and based on the idea that the brain stores emotional and traumatic experiences within the brain. Natasha would help individuals access these memories or emotions by focusing on particular areas in the visual field.
Cognitive Processing Therapy- (CPT) is a form of trauma therapy that was specifically developed to help individuals overcome trauma. Natasha helps the individuals change the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that arise after trauma, helping them process and make sense of their experiences.
Gottman Therapy- is a form of couples' therapy focused on improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and fostering healthier relationship dynamics.
I also utilize mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), body based approaches and Psychodynamic therapy.
